Its been awhile since my last entry. Been a very busy month and a half. Produced the first run of the skyfall kits, which are all sold. I had no idea what I was getting into. Thats alot of work for one person. Mold making, casting, cleaning the resin parts, packaging. Then designing the actual packaging insert, and packing everything up for shipping. I need to hire some employees, lol. All in all, its been a fun experience, and now I have a better handle at what is required. Going to start the molds the second batch. And then hope to start production for Blaster next month. Thanks for everyone that is supporting my projects, either with your comments and feedback, or purchasing them.
Also been trying to help a new group get started with their first 3rd party item, the WFC war axe. Part of my commission requires me to make the resin samples. So I hope to have some of those in a week. Will post photos of them.
This past week I finished work on the Sick Kids project. For those that were following it on Cybertron.ca, there were like the Protectobot set, that combined into defensor. And then a second set, with Inferno, Red Alert, Nightbeat, and Siren. I provided the new heads for all of them. But I think one customizer might of not used the head I made... I'll find out once they post photos, as they wanted to unveil the finished version at the TFCon convention. Anyways, besides the heads, I actually worked on a 5th custom for the second set. Sneaky peak:
renderform.com/forum_files/pro…It was rushed. The head came in 2 days before I had to ship her off. So I didn't get time to fix her up.
But I think she turned out good, considering.
I tried the new WFC Transformers game. I really like it. Wish I had more time to play it though.
Anyways, thats all I can think of to say for this update, yo.
